英语面试口语对话技巧：为什么离职?

你的工作主要是什么？

B:My main responsibility is trouble-shooting between top management and the general employees.

主要任务是处理高层管理与一般雇员间的矛盾。

A:Would you mind working overtime at night?

你介意加班吗？

B:No, often my boss requires overtime work.

不介意，我的老板经常要求我加班。

A:How much money are you making a month?

你的月工资是多少？

B:6,000 yuan a month.

6000 元。

A:What have you learned from your past jobs?

从过去的工作中你学到了什么？

B:I learned that all the companies need forproblem-solvers.

我领悟到大部分公司都需要可以解决问题的人才。

A：Why do you plan to change your job?

你为什么要换工作？

B（1）:The job is out of my major domain.

那份工作不属于我的专业领域。

B（2）:The work is not bad.Yet the salary is too small.

那份工作倒是不错，不过薪水太少了。

B（3）:I would like to have a job that is more lively than my present one. Besides, I would like to practise my English in my work. As my present employer deals with China trade towards China only, there isn’t much chance to speak English.

因为我希望找到一份较有活力的工作。此外，我想在工作上多用英语。但雇主只从事对中国的贸易，所以很少使用英语。

B（4）:My reason for leaving my present emplyment is simple because I see no chance of advancement.

我离职的理由是因为深知无升迁的机会。

B（5）:The only reason is that I want a higher position. I’d like to have a job that is more dynamic and challenging. I want to work in a company where I can display my ability, and I hope to have an opportunity to develop my abilities.

唯一的原因是我想要谋求更高的职位。我想要做更有活力和具有挑战性的工作。我想在能展示我能力的公司里工作，并且我希望有机会使我的能力得到发展。
