Ⅰ.考试性质

广东省普通高中学业水平考试合格性考试是衡量考生是否达到国家要求的

高中毕业合格标准的水平测试,考试成绩是普通高中学生毕业和高中同等学力认

定的主要依据,是高职院校春季招收高中毕业生的依据之一,是评价普通高中学

校教育教学质量的重要参考。

Ⅱ.命题指导思想

命题以中华人民共和国教育部 2003 年制订的《普通高中英语课程标准(实

验)》和本说明为依据,试题适用于使用经全国中小学教材审定委员会初审通过

的各版本普通高中课程标准实验教科书的考生。

试题要体现立德树人根本要求,注重考查考生人文素养、创新精神及实践能

力,侧重考查考生的英语综合运用能力,有利于促进考生英语学科核心素养的发

展。

Ⅲ.考核目标与要求

一、语言知识

要求考生根据《普通高中英语课程标准(实验)》中高中英语课程七级目标

要求,了解和掌握《普通高中英语课程标准(实验)》附录中所列的各项内容,

包括语音项目、语法项目、功能意念项目、话题项目和词汇。

二、语言运用

(一)阅读

要求考生能读懂书、报、杂志中关于一般性话题的简短文段以及公告、说明、

广告等,识别不同文体特征并能从中获取相关信息。考生应能:

(1)理解主旨要义;

(2)理解文中具体信息;

(3)根据上下文推断单词和短语的含义;

(4)推断语篇中的隐含意义;

(5)理解文章的基本结构;

(6)理解作者的意图、观点和态度。

(二)写作

要求考生根据提示进行书面表达。考生应能:

(1)清晰、完整地传递信息;

(2)准确、得体地运用所学语言知识;

(3)合理地组织信息,形成连贯通顺的语篇。

Ⅳ.考试范围与考试内容

依据中华人民共和国教育部 2003 年颁布的《普通高中英语课程方案(实验)》

和《普通高中英语课程标准(实验)》,按照高中英语课程标准规定的必修课程(即

“英语 1”至“英语 5”五个模块),确定考试内容。

Ⅴ.考试形式

闭卷,笔试;考试时间为 90 分钟,试卷满分 150 分。

Ⅵ.试卷结构与题型

全卷共分为五个部分,46 小题。其中第一部分、第二部分和第三部分为选

择题,合计 100 分,约占 66.66%;第四部分和第五部分为非选择题,合计 50 分,

约占 33.33%。

试卷题型、题量、计分如下:

第一部分 情景交际

本部分共 5 小题,每小题 3 分。每小题为一个不完整的简短对话,要求考生

从所给的 4 个选项中选出最佳选项补全对话。主要考查考生根据语境正确使用日

常交际用语的能力。

第二部分 阅读理解

本部分共 15 小题,每小题 3 分。该题有 3 篇阅读短文(总阅读量不少于 600

词),每篇短文后有 5 个小题,要求考生根据所提供的短文内容,从每题所给的

4 个选项中选出最佳选项。主要考查考生阅读理解书面英语的能力。

第三部分 完形填空

本部分共 15 小题,每小题 3 分。该题在一篇约 200 词的短文中留出 15 个空

白,要求考生掌握其大意,然后从每题所给的 4 个选项中选出最佳选项。主要考

查考生在篇章层面对词汇和语用知识的掌握情况。

第四部分 语法填空

本部分共 10 小题,每小题 2 分。该题在一篇约 200 词的短文中留出 10 个空

白,部分空白的后面给出单词的基本形式,要求考生根据上下文连贯的要求和句

子结构,在空格处填入一个适当的词或括号中词语的正确形式。主要考查考生在

篇章层面对语法和语用知识的掌握情况。

第五部分 书面表达

本部分共 1 题,25 分。要求考生根据所给情景,用英语写一篇 90 个单词左

右的短文。主要考查考生的书面表达能力。

One morning a deer rushed into a courtyard where a little boy was playing. The

deer hooked the boy’s clothing with its antlers (角). This scared the little boy so much

People who live in Iceland are proud of their country and their origin. Complete

independence from Denmark after World War II resulted in the country’s fast

development. They refuse to permit immigration (移民) though the country has a

small population. Their attitude to foreigners is friendly but reserved (保守).

The Icelanders regard themselves as one big family. Most of them earn their

living by farming and people hopes are centered on the land and its soil. Typical for

rural Iceland are the isolated valley farms against mountains. Cultivated grassland
